The Izaak Walton Huntington shooting range utilizes natural backstops. The chapter has been hosting shooting activities since the club was formed. The range was officially recognized as an NRA range in 1951. It has hosted the Allen County Practical Defense League's monthly 3-gun shoot for over 3 decades. It has also hosted many firearms instructors over the decades to teach safety and self-defense. The Huntington chapter is fully committed to preserving shooting sports and educational resources for centuries to come.

Our range features steel targets, bowling pins, paper targets, and Metal Madness. Members can draw pistols from holsters and utilize slings for long guns. Each member can bring 2 free guests every visit.
